Prepare the Machine
Thoroughly clean and dry your TK-01 or TK-02, ensuring all water and beans are removed before packing it in the original box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the exterior of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
