What makes the TK-01 different from other espresso machines?
The TK-01 is a fully automatic bean-to-cup espresso machine that allows you to customize every aspect of your brew, from grind size to milk froth density, all with a single touch.
How long does shipping take for machine orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your machine leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your coffee experience, you can return the machine in its original packaging for a refund, subject to a restocking fee.
Does the machine come with a warranty?
Yes, every new TK-01 comes with a 1-year limited warranty (or 3,000 brews, whichever comes first) covering defects in materials and workmanship.
How do I clean and maintain my Terra Kaffe machine?
The TK-01 features automated cleaning cycles for both the milk system and the brew group. We recommend using Terra Kaffe cleaning tablets and descaling solution regularly to ensure longevity.
Can I use oily coffee beans in the TK-01?
To keep your grinder in peak condition, we recommend using medium or light roast beans. Very dark, oily beans can cause buildup in the grinder over time.
